A warm welcome to Lingua e Gusto, the somewhat different Italian language school in the heart of Tuscany. Our intention in creating this school was not only to fulfil the special holiday wishes of those who recognise themselves in the following questions:

• Do you too yearn for a wonderful holiday with clean beaches set in varied natural surroundings and a magical landscape?
• Would you also like to immerse yourself in a place where the famous Tuscan city culture comes together with the proverbial Italian "joie de vivre"?
• Do you dream of savouring Italian food in genial company, and of the glass of vino frizzante with which you will wish the sun setting across the sea goodnight?
• And don't you regret how little of the conversations and discussions, or, most frustrating, the laughter you can join in with, due to insufficient knowledge of the Italian language?

That's just how we felt whilst on our many travels through Tuscany, knowing that we would be able to enjoy so much more if only we spoke better Italian. And one day, we had an idea: why not offer the ideal combination of holiday, pleasure and language in a unique and friendly atmosphere? And such is the school that we have taken such care to create.
